Trainning

We believe that organisational transformation begins with the quality of relationships. That is  why we design training programmes that help people, teams and organisations learn from  their experience, respond together to complexity, and build cultures of trust, collaboration  and care.

Embodying Nonviolent Communication (NVC)

Cultivating a way of relating based on authenticity, shared responsibility and mutual care. Learning  to recognise the needs behind our responses and exploring new ways of expressing and listening to  them in order to strengthen connection and collaboration.

Empathic listening and mutual understanding

Cultivating a presence that makes mutual understanding possible and restores connection. Learning  to listen beyond words, judgements and positions in order to recognise the needs and experiences  that shape each person’s experience. A training programme that makes listening a space where  differences can become opportunities for understanding, learning and new possibilities for  collaboration.

Early prevention and management of interpersonal conflict

Developing skills to recognise and address the early signs of conflict and distress in interpersonal  relationships. A training programme focused on preventing conflict from escalating, reconnecting  with the needs that are alive in the situation, and transforming the narratives that fuel separation  between people.

Conflict and organisational transformation

Cultivating the ability to understand conflict from a systemic and relational perspective. Learning to  recognise the needs, interaction patterns and power dynamics underlying tensions, and to transform  them into opportunities for learning, collaboration and change.

Feedback and systemic learning

Designing communication and feedback processes that enable people, teams and organisations to  learn from their own experience. Creating learning loops where information can circulate,  strengthen trust and shared responsibility, and become new ways of understanding, making  decisions and taking action.

Generative leadership

Cultivating the ability to lead oneself and respond with presence in contexts of uncertainty and  complexity, creating the conditions for people, teams and communities to collaborate, learn and act  in service of a shared purpose.
