At Las Miradas Compartidas, we believe that social transformation begins with the way we relate  to one another, organise ourselves and live together.

We accompany organisations, institutions and groups that want to strengthen their team  relationships, address their challenges and build cultures of collaboration and trust.

We promote community and social participation processes that create spaces for encounter and  dialogue between people and groups who share a territory.

We believe in nonviolence as a practice of care and transformation. We understand conflict as an  opportunity to learn, strengthen relationships and open up new possibilities for connection.

We see groups and communities as systems of relationships. We recognise that not everyone  occupies the same position, and we pay attention to the dynamics of power and privilege that shape  the way we live and organise together.

We facilitate these processes through Nonviolent Communication (NVC), narrative practices and  applied arts, using dialogue, creativity and participation as tools to imagine and build new ways of  being together.

We believe that creating the conditions for encounter, dialogue and collaboration expands the  capacity of people and communities to bring about lasting social change.
